Trying connect Fitbit to virgin pulse? Keeps saying password or if not correct? But it’s correct can sign in on Fitbit??

To connect your Fitbit account to Virgin Pulse, please follow these instructions. Whether you continue experiencing difficulties, please tell me if you are getting the error when entering your Fitbit account password or your Virgin Pulse password?
If it's your Virgin Pulse password you can reach out their customer support.
