My Versa 2 will not connect to the remote camera app. Just continuously says connecting. Any ideas?

Hi @vickistanley - Who developed the remote camera app? Did you find it in the Fitbit apps? Is this the app you are asking about? If so, I was able to find this page of FAQs. Hope it helps.
