@Savannah15 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I'd like you to check that your Charge 4 is syncing to your Fitbit app, if it's not follow this syncing troubleshooting. If your tracker is syncing to your account but not to MyFitnessPal, unlink the app from your account by doing the following:

  1. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  2. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

Let me know how it goes.

Hi! I have the same issue, followed your instructions, but the problem is still there. I've unlinked the accounts numerous times, both through the mobile apps and through my browser. Also, activities tracked in the Fitbit app sync with MyFitnessPal, but data from MyFitnessPal is not syncing with Fitbit. Can you help with this, please?

Also, is there a way to add calories for a day that has passed? Say I forgot to input my calorie intake yesterday, but I want to do it today. I cannot find any way to do so.

Thank you!

I am having the same problems with my IONIC. The calorie sync stopped working 2 days ago.

It's clearly a major problem. I've had numerous conversations with MyFitnessPal, and they, too, suggest doing the disconnect/reconnect thing. It sometimes worked when I did that, but it was very inconvenient and required going online rather than just using the apps. Then the tech advisor at MFP told me that it would actually slow down the system if I kept doing the disconnect/reconnect, so I refrained for several day. Now, my AltaHR stats have not shown up in MyFitnessPal, nor my MFP food stats in FitBit, since Sunday, April 4th. It's driving me nuts.

Yup it’s been days... now it doesn’t even work when I disconnect and try to connect again. So frustrating. No word from then or feed back

The problem started on 7 April for me. I am thinking to jump into the Garmin garden. I see they have some nice watches.

Fixed! Change your step source in MFP app to Fitbit. Menu - Steps
