Disconnecting Fitbit from MyFitnessPal

I previously had a MyFitnessPal account (several years ago) to which my Fitbit Flex was synced.  The account is so old, I no longer know login information.  I've had a new MyFitnessPal account for about a year. I'd like to sync my Flex, but it won't let me since it is still linked to the old account.

Anyone know how I can disconnect from the old account so I can link to the new one?

Hi, @Spring7411! If you go into the settings on the web dashboard on the Fitbit side, you should be able to disconnect your old account from there.

I see where I can remove the flex from my Fitbit account, but no options on
removing it from linked accounts like MyFitnessPal. Am I missing something?

I had same problem. I went in and deleted my fitness pal account and created a new one and added my new fitbit device.
