Error synching with LifeTime Fitness MyPlan Dashboard

I am getting error...We're sorry, there has been an issue with linking your Fitbit account. Please try again in a few  support.

Hello @rmeans99, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I see you are experiencing an error to integrate your Fitbit account to LifeTime. This integration doesn't not figure among the officially supported integrations, nonetheless this doesn't mean it wont work. The only difference is we do not have information on how this service integrates with your Fitbit account.

 

If you are getting this error make sure to clear the cache and cookies from your web browser. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

 

If this is not helping, the best is to approach to the Support of Life Time Fitness to learn more about this error.

I was able to sync Fitbit data to LifeTime in the past, but something changed.  It might be an API issue.  LifeTime support told me to contact Fitbit...lol.

Hello @rmeans99, thank you for keep me posted and I'm sorry to hear you were redirected to us.

 

It's possible that it is an error in the API, however as I mentioned earlier this app is not listed as supported so this mean we cannot control the data is sharing with your Fitbit account. Since we are not the developers of this integration.

 

I'm wondering if you tried to clear the cache of your web browser. Other suggestion is to try to connect your accounts with a different computer or device.

Yes to all: cleared cache, tried Chrome, Explorer and Firefox web browser on three different computers over the past year.
