Hi, is there any reason why Strava will not synch to my fitbit account today? I have two activities tracked on my surge but they do not show on Strava feed. This has only started today and I haven't had any issues in the past with synching..

I am experiencing something similar (Fitbit not sending to Strava). I went through the removal and re-connection of the apps and that isn't working. You are meant to go to strava.fitbit.com and click the Connect button, but that is returning a server error. Perhaps they have technical issues at the moment as it was OK yesterday

Good to know it's not just me! Guess I'll just wait and see if it sorts itself out before trying anything else. I got the same server error when trying to resynchronise Strava.

I just got in with Tech Support, and while they were very nice, they were totally ineffective and will be escalating this to the next level.
In the mean time i just exported the tcx file and uploaded to Strava

Hi, I'm having problems syncing my Fitbit to Strava since updating the app yesterday. It's really annoying and hope it gets sorted soon

It doesn't appear to be an issue isolated to the App as I can't do it in Chrome or IE or Safari.

Yep, my Fitbit activity has just synced to Strava. Hurray!
