Hi there,
I've been using my fitbit surge to track my fitness activities (mostly bouldering and yoga). Yesterday I had an hour plus bouldering session and a 45 minutes yoga session during which I burned a total of about 400 calories. My steps were under for the day 6k something instead of 8k because of the way the surge tracks climbing and yoga. When I look at myfitnesspal though it only says I earned 200 something calories from exercise. Is this because my steps were under my goal? What accounts for the discrepancy?
Help is super appreciated.
