FITBIT Data transfer to endomondo.

If fitbit had all data transfered to endomondo, a lot of customers had been VERY HAPPY. Like map, hr, type of activity.

@oystein1970 Welcome to the Community! That's a great idea. I would love to see it posted in our Ideas Board because those suggestions are viewed directly by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.
