When I log food on Sparkpeople's webpage, the food syncing instantly with the FitBit. However, when I track on the mobile app-which I do 98% of the time, the food doesn't appear on my FitBit dashboard. Does anyone have any suggestions or fixes?

@BeBeth001 It's great to have you here! Please unlink and relink both accounts. If when you log food in the Sparkpeople app it doesn't show in the Fitbit app, force quit both apps and let me know how it goes.

@BeBeth001 Hmm, please make sure that you're logging into the same account in both platforms. It doesn't matter in which platform you're logging, you should be able to log food in your app and it should appear in the Fitbit Dashboard.
If after checking this, you're still seeing that your data doesn't match I would like you to contact Spark People directly so they can check your account.
