I have only just started syncing FitBit with Weight Watchers but yesterday it had a hizzy fit and recorded steps way above what I had actually done as well as putting in steps for today and tomorrow!
I tried to delete them but unable to. I contacted WW (Australia) to see if they could delete them from their end but because the info came from FitBit, they can't either.
So I have ghost entries that I can't get rid of.
Any thoughts from the more expericenced users pls?

Very welcome to the Community @LotsofLavender! Sometimes, you just need to relink Weight Watchers with your Dashboard. In order to do it, go to Fitbit.com and log into your Fitbit account, click on the gear icon (upper right corner) and select Settings, go to Applications and click on remove access, after that relink this 3rd party app by following the steps in this article "Weight Watchers".
Let me know if the issue persist, I'll be around for you!

Thx Tarin for you reply. I did as you suggested but unfortunately all the entries are stuck fast 🐵 But nevermind, this is the start of a new week and I will carry on from here.
My FitBit Charge has the other problem of not holding a charge so I'm in the middle of asking for a replacement. I'm most impressed with the speed that Customer Support replied to my email.
Thx again
Wendy
