FitBit to Strava Sync

Hi all,

Trying to Sync my exercises from the FitBit app to strava. I've linked the two accounts.

I noticed that it doesn't always Sync.

Sometimes I have to link the accounts agaian. Then it syncs. Bug?

Could be a bug, but it might be on Strava's end. Every time you sync to the Fitbit servers they send out the data to any connected accounts. Once it get's to Strava's servers it could immediately sync or it could sit in a queue until released. Sometimes it can sit there for a while. Relinking the accounts might be forcing that sync.
