Does anyone know a solution to enable to get my weight from my FitTrack scale to transfer over to my Fitbit app?? Back in December I was somehow able to connect. But ever since then every time I weight myself I can’t get it to show up on the Fitbit app. Very frustrating. I’ve eliminated Accra and reconnected and nothing seems to work.
Best AnswerI’ve tried this over and over. Deleted apps, deleted connections, reinstalled, reconnected accounts. Nothing works. Pretty much give up.
I talked to their customer service. They suggested my to revoke FitTrack from Fitbit dashboard and re-sync. It worked the first time, but it wouldn't work again.
There may be Fibit's issue, too, because when it worked the data was only imported as "weekly average", not the individual ones.
Unfortunately, the FitTrack customer service gave up and told me to talk to Fitbit. 😕

@zuwhan Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for sharing that you contacted FitTrack customer service.
Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third-party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third-party app to implement or update features for their app. Unless there's some sort of limitation on Fitbit's side (e.g. no Fitbit SDK), then it's safe to assume that the owner of the app is the one to contact if you're interested in seeing the integration improved. Learn more about it by checking our Third Party Apps - FAQ here.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Were you ever able to figure out a solution to this? I'm new to both apps/devices, but I can't get the data from FitTrack to sync with Fitbit. The devices are linked, but I still have to manually enter the data from FitTrack into Fitbit. I'be been a few days, and it hasn't worked. I know I'm a year late to this discussion, but if you were able to get it fixed, I'd love to know!
Best AnswerThanks, @Rich_Laue will do. Their FAQ states both that their device is and is not compatible with the Fitbit app, so they seem to be kinda a mess. It’s obviously not the end of the world if it doesn’t sync. Just so strange.
Best AnswerI strongly agree that this is a FitBit app issue and suggest the developers look into this further. I have several apps with write access linked to my Fitbit and it is not importing my weight from any of them. And those apps are able to import my weight from FitTrack. So all other apps are working together and communicating, the only one that is not is FitBit.
I use it and it works but there is a clumsy side to it. Every time I open the Fittrack Pro app I have to go to the "Me" section and there is a Fitbit line item just above Logout. I hit the Fitbit line item and it asks "Sync the user (name) to Fitbit" and I click "OK". Once I do that, I jump on the scale and it registers not only the weight but all of the scale info into both the Fittrack Pro and Fitbit apps. Works like a charm that way and it enters a lot more detailed data that otherwise capable of entering into Fitbit.
Fittrack is now trying to get you to switch over to Fittrack Health and I cannot yet figure out to make that work with Fitbit so I am still using Fittrack Pro.
Unfortunately they replaced FitTrack Pro app with FitTrack Health and doesn’t sync with Fitbit!
Ugh I know and I hate the new app! I want the stats right when I open the app. I bought a scale, not another health app, of which I already have several.
