Since 10/09/0222 Fitbit gps activity hasn’t been syncing with Strava anymore. On Twitter, Fitbit acknowledged this is a known issue. Taking this long to fix a known issue is unacceptable. Is the Fitbit support service not functional anymore ??

Hi there @deendilan, it's good to have you in the Community.
I appreciate the information shared. I'd recommend you follow the instructions on How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?. Also verify you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device as well.
Some users usually find it useful to unpair and then pair both apps again to refresh the performance, if you already have them paired.
After you perform these steps you can also try to restart your Fitbit device.

Hey Lucio - I have unpaired, refreshed, waited, and nada twice today. OS on my phone and apps are updated. I have no workout data in Strava after 11/5/2022. I no longer see Strava listed as a compatible app. Is it not? Every search for Strava brings up a different app called Orionis. Can you help explain what is happening? Thank you.

Fitbit acknowledged on Twitter, this is a known issue on December 22 itself. I'm confused why it was never fixed.
