Fitbit HR heart rate data cannot sync to mapmyride

I have connected the Fitbit account in MapMyRide application and data is synchroized successfully as shown in MapMyRide. However, I cannot find the heart rate data in MapMyRide. May I know whether heart rate data will be imported into MapMyRide?

@VincentC Welcome to the Community! No, heart rate data won't sync to MapMyRide. Currently, it's not possible to download or sync heart rate data. However, this is a great idea and I would love to see it posted in our Ideas Board because those suggestions are viewed directly by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote for them.

I'm very disappointed, I used mapmyride for 5 years, now I got a fitbit charge for display my heart rate but it doesn't work, I'm reading on mapmyride at it will sync with fitbit, but without the heart rate ' this makes no sense

Got one from the wife for christmans. She thought it would work as well but very disappointed. Will send it back, no good to me if mapmyride cant use the heart beat monitor.

Talk about a crash landing, I went from excited to disappointed in a blink of an eye.  I'm also going to return it since heart rate won't sync to map my run.
