Fitbit Ionic not Syncing to Strava

I have a new Ionic, firmware upgraded. Connected it to Strava, did a run, it didn't sync. Exported manually and uploaded to Strava successfully, so it wasn't anything like missing GPS data. 

 

Disconnected strava and reconnected it again. This morning run didn't sync again. I didn't upload it manually yet, maybe someone at Fitbit can debug? It would be nice to have some status somewhere or a manual sync.  

 

Help?

Solved my own problem.

 

Ignore the Fitibit Strava app. Go to https://strava.fitbit.com and connect your Fitbit to Strava. You will then see Fitibit + Strava in https://www.fitbit.com/settings/applications and it will do a sync of your runs with GPS within 10-15 minutes after the watch is in sync with your phone.

Hi

 

I am having the same problem and have followed all steps suggested and yet my ionic and strava still wont sync and i cant see my runs at all.

 

please help

The proposed solution worked for me but it only send today’s data to Strava.
