Did you mean:

Fitbit Runkeeper sync not taking into account pauses

Hi,

Whenever I complete a run with the Fitbit app and it syncs with Runkeeper the timing information is off.

Fitbit time:

Fitbit TimeFitbit Time

Runkeeper time:

Runkeeper TimeRunkeeper Time

It is indeed the same run, however the total time for the two apps are different.

The synchronization does not take into account pauses. I did a 3min stretch half way through and I paused the activity on the Fitbit Charge 3.

This has been the case for a very very long time.

Can you please fix this? It seems that you only send start and end times.

Thanks in advance.

KR,
Kristof

It's great to see you around @kristofre. Thanks for the details mentioned and the screenshot shared.

Since, it's exactly the same run it should be the same duration from your exercise. In this case, I would like you to unlink Fitbit and Runkeeper and then continue checking if your activity syncs without taking into consideration the pauses.

Let me know how it goes.
