Started a new step challenge with my Home Owners Association using Challenge Runner. Last year the sync worked, this year it's not.
Also I can't share the screen to allow them to enter my steps to Challenge Runner manually. Please help
Best AnswerHi @Efb as with any third party sync issue, we only have the option to revoke access, then through the third party set up the link with your fitbit account. If this doesn't work, you will need to reach out to the third party.
