Hello everyone,
I just got my fitbit 4 days ago and I'm really struggling to understand the numbers.
According to my app, yesterday I burned 2,552 calories.
However, on MFP, in order to calculate my calorie adjustment, it is using a higher number from Fitbit which is 2,778.
Now I understand that MFP projects how many calories I would have burned for the rest of the day based on how many calories I would have burned at sync time, however, what worries me is that yesterday's calorie adjustment still says "burned as of 6:25" which is this morning, and should only affect today's calorie adjustment.
I'm worried that my calorie adjustment is inflated because the numbers between my Fitbit and MFP are not adding up. It would be great if anyone could shed some light on this! Thanks 🙂

Unfortunately this is still not working for me, even after setting the same goals on both devices.
