Hi there,
Earlier this week I noticed that MFP no longer tracks my workouts that I have done. So, I logged them in the MFP app, only to find that it double logged in the Fitbit app. No big deal because I just deleted the extra workout.
However, today I deleted the MFP double log in my Fitbit app and it deleted my whole workout from today. To say the least, I'm a little miffed. I tried to log my workout and now it's telling me that I only burned 60 calories instead of the 647 that were logged before. This has also affected my total calorie count for today.
Is there anyway to better sync the apps or am I just going to have to strictly use MFP for food tracking? And is there any way to recover my Fitbit data from the deleted workout? Especially since I was sure to ONLY deleted the MFP logged workout.
Thank you!

Welcome to the Forums @madilynm.
Thanks for sharing those steps and the experience that you've had on the matter.
In this case I'd recommend that you try to revoke access between the apps and then connect them again. That should help so that it all starts syncing accurately from that point on.
I'd like to ask if you are also tracking your activities through your Fitbit or only logging them to MFP like you mentioned?
Look forward to your reply.
