Fitbit and Peloton not syncing

I use Peleton digital a lot and just got my Versa 3 yesterday.  When I did a Peleton run today the app did not sync.  What else should I be doing to get it to sync?

This is happening to me too. I revoked access and reset it but still nothing.

Mine is doing the same thing.  Two days ago it was syncing, but it stopped yesterday.

Same. Was syncing on Monday, but not Friday or today.

Thanks for the information shared on your posts. If you haven't tried yet, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Make sure your Fitbit device is syncing with your Fitbit account. For troubleshooting syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  3. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
