Fitbit and Strava not syncing

I have Strava on my Fitbit and have them linked on both apps but Fitbit does not seem to send any info to Strava and I need to input myself, defeating the purpose imo. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. The only information that Fitbit sends to Strava is activity recorded with GPS, so if your data is not syncing, I recommend you to revoke the access of Strava. To do so, login on fitbit.com and click on the gear icon located on the upper right corner of the dashboard. Then click on Settings > Applications and under Strava select Revoke access. After this, go to Strava and link both accounts one more time.

 

By the way, I moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations board to keep the Community organized.
