Fitbit and Strava not syncing

When I first started using Strava everything was fine but in the last week, it won't sync.  I wish I had time to download the data and upload it but I don't. It really should be syncing on its own.

@mystery2decor Sorry to hear this, it should sync on it's own. Have you tried the following troubleshoot: 

 

  1. Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard
  2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Click "Applications" on the left side
  5. Click "Revoke Access" under the "Fitbit + Strava" app
  6. Go to https://strava.fitbit.com/ and click "Connect" and follow the rest of the prompts to finish reconnecting your Fitbit and Strava accounts

I tried this already. This isn’t really helpful, because these are the steps to connect the two accounts.
