Hello there,

 
I would like to ask for fitbit ionic support stryd sensor, is there any plan in the future to add fitbit ionic will compatible with stryd sensor ? If not, can you explain the reasons ?

Probably never gonna happen. Like with external HR sensors. Simply, as long as Fitbit won't release own sensor there will be no support for anything made by competitors. I needed support to pair chest strap and ended up with solution - getting a watch that can pair ( it pairs with Stryd, too ).

Adding to what @SunsetRunner shared, we don't have any current plans on supporting Stryd. I was able to find an old feature suggestion that is actually already archived, so I would say, this will not be possible to do at least in the near future.
