Fitbit and Weight Watchers not syncing

I've recently downloaded new WW mobile app and cannot get my fitbit to sync activity...Its driving me crazy....Never had an issue with the old WW mobile app. My fitbit is syncing with the main WW page but not mobile app...Weight Watchers say no problem with their app....any help please?

I have done everything recommended EVERYWHERE. It used to connect a week ago, and is no longer. Weird!!

I’m having the same problem today June 5,2020. Synced fine at 2:30 this morning and now won’t do it despite uninstalling and reinstalling both apps, removing the device from WW app and the link in the Fitbit website! Arrghhh! What the heck happened!? I Have a charge 2.

I'm losing will to live with it ! Waiting on reply from weight watchers after emailing them with details of problem...fingers crossed !

Thanks for the details shared and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

I would like you to double check that your Fitbit watch/tracker is syncing to your account. If it's not please follow the troubleshooting in this article

 

If your Fitbit it syncing to your account but Weight Watchers and Fitbit aren't syncing, please contact directly Weight Watchers directly, they will continue assisting you.

Thanks for that. I have advised weight watchers and awaiting their reply...I'm sure issue lies with them.
