How do I get my Fitbit app on my new iphone 6 to share data with the new Health app? MyNetDiary transfers my calories, but I cannot get Fitbit to transfer its data. Am I doing something wrong, or is integration something that you are still working on?

Integration with the Health app is currently not available. That is not to say it never will, but Fitbit at this time has chosen not to offer it.

I'm not married to Fitbit. Which devices do support the Apple Healthkit?
I'm an Android user, so have not looked into it. You would probably get more info by asking in an Apple forum instead of on Fitbit.

This is really unfortunate! I am one of the early users of Fitbit who as promoted it (successfully) to many friends and colleagues including my personal physician. One of the values of Fitbit devices and the scale is the accumulated data which can have a powerful impact individual efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This data -- in my view -- is owned by the individual who collects it. Sharing one's individual data with apps that also integrate other medical data should be a standard practice of Fitbit. I am VERY disappointed and hope the Fitbit firm will act quickly to provide integration with the new IOS Health App!

Check out this link:

basically it says:
10/8: We do not currently have plans to integrate with HealthKit.
It is an interesting new platform and we will watch as it matures, looking for opportunities to improve the Fitbit experience. At the moment, we’re working on other exciting projects that we think will be valuable to users. The question we want you to keep in mind when providing feedback is: What do you imagine a HealthKit integration would entail and what do you expect to get out of it?
I would hope that they change their mind soon about this statement.

Thanks for this information. Sad to see a premium priced devices not being able to communicate. MY FB is coming to the end of it's life due to battery issues. I'm OK with this, but any new device I buy will be compatable with the iOS system. Sad to leave FiTbit after 8 million steps 😞

There's an app called "Health Sync", which will transfer your steps, weight, calories, etc.. over to Apple Health. Your workouts though, can't be transfered over. I've had no issues with it.

I wished I'd looked at how FitBit responds to issues and known they don't support Apple HeathKit before I bought one. I should never have bought a FitBit. My next tracker will be from a company that cares about its users, not its walled garden.
