I am using Sync Solver to send my Apple Watch data to Fitbit and this has always worked in the last week or so Fitbit started to show no recent activity in the weekly totals even though it's showing over 10,000 steps per day. I checked my settings and it shows I am sharing the info so I am not sure what else to check. There have been no updates to Sync Solver recently so I don't think the change is there? Anyone else encounter this issue?

Exact same seup and exact same issue here. I posted the question to their Facebook page and got no response. I'm guessing they've just stopped counting steps from third-party devices on their leaderboards. Bummer. I still have the Aria scale, but this is going to knock me right out of the FB ecosystem.

YeahI agree my wife has a Fitbit as do a couple of my friends specifically so they can compete and compare with me, they are also disappointed and will likely not purchase another FB product. FB should have thought this one through a bit better. Rick

Agreed! I just found this other thread, which seems to correspond to the problem we've been having: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-com-Dashboard/Manually-Logged-Steps-Not-Counting-Towards-Lead... The good news is that it's affecting many more people than just those using third-party trackers, and there seems to be a lot of heat around it. So here's hoping Fitbit reverses course!

I have no use for FitBit until this is reversed. It would be cool if someone would post on this thread if and when this is fixed.
