Fitbit automatically deleting food intake

For a little while I've been having issues syncing my food intake (Myfitnesspal) to Fitbit. It registered double when I edited a meal.

As of today I have a new (related?) issue where it has not been syncing at all.

I have tried to add calories manually but my calories intake automatically is set back to 0.

I am using fitbit premium.

I have tried:

  • Restarting fitbit
  • Restarting my phone
  • Disconnecting and reconnecting MFP to fitbit
  • Deleting and reinstalling both apps

Does anyone know another solution?

Have you tried to manually add those calories into the fitbit dashboard? Does that work? Whatever I add will automatically disappear within a few seconds.

Hello, I track all my food intake through the fitbit app and I’ve been having a similar issue where i try to log something I ate and within a few seconds it’s been deleted. I’ve tried signing out and back in, deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and nothing has worked at all. I even made sure the app was up to date. I fear this may be a bug on FitBit’s end… 😞
