@Nunnoo, the Fitbit does not sync with MyFitnessPal. MyFitnessPal can read the data from your Fitbit account after you have synced the tracker to the app - syncing the tracker to the app uploads your current data into the Fitbit server, and then MyFitnessPal can read the data from there.
