I bought a Fitbit blaze two months ago. Initially I was using an Motorola phone that synced well with the Fitbit app that was installed on it. Two weeks ago, my daughter gifted me a new redmi note 3. I installed the app to sync the device only to realise that it is incompatible with the device. Not only did the Fitbit support team didnt had a solution, they couldn't give me an estimate as to when the app will be compatible in the future.
Frustrated, I decided to go back to install the app on my Motorola phone only to find that the app wasn't syncing with my phone anymore. Since then, I have tried reinstalling the app, restart my tracker, find other apps that are compatible with my device but to no avail. The tracker shows incorrect date and is a dead wait on my wrist. A waste of money. Why is so difficult for companies like Xiaomi and Fitbit make peace with each other and provide the compatibility that will stop inconveniencing customers like us.
So far I have read complaints of at least two hundred users who are facing similar issues. If you sell expensive trackers like blaze, you need to match the support and the technology that's a must. Otherwise no one will ever believe I'm the products that you make and sell. To conclude, I need a solution, and fast.

@Rishism Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your feedback! I recommend trying all the steps found on this syncing master post. That should certainly help you out. Try all the steps in that order to fix!
Also, the best place for your voice to be heard is the Feature Suggestions Board. I recommend posting the suggestion of having support for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
