Fitbit does not connect to MyFitnessPal

Could anyone help? My Fitbit and MyFitnessPal are not connecting. I have revoked access and tried disconnecting and connecting again but nothing seems to work ☹ Thanks

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Third Party Integrations board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this.

 

Now, if your Fitbit account isn't syncing properly to your MFP account, I recommend verifying that you have followed the instructions provided in this post. If these steps are the ones you followed and your tracker is connecting properly to your account, I suggest contacting MFP support directly.
