My Fitbit doesn’t always add my steps calories on MyFitnessPal and when it does I get very low calorie count for many steps.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Third Party Integrations board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this.

Now, if your Fitbit account isn't syncing properly to your MFP account, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
