Fitbit don't connect with mywellness

Hello,

I have bought a fitbit and want to use it with the app from my gym ; Mywellness. 

This app says i can connect with my fitbit, but when i want to connect them fitbit.com says: the app you're trying to connect is did not provide valid information for fitbit.

What can i do so it works?

Maybe try clearing your browzers cache.  If that doesnt work please contact MyWellness since thet are responsible for their connection.
