Fitbit not syncing to Strava

Hi there

Just got a fitbit versa 2 and wanted to sync to strava.

I have done this using instruction on youtube.

Everything seems fine the data is transferring from my fitbit to my phone when i get

back from my run but not automatically transferring to strava can anybody help please

Hi @scottyone and welcome to the forum. Hopefully someone who uses Strava will respond and help. If not, here is a link to their customer service page. Since it is their app, they will best be able to help.

Hello @scottyone was the run recorded with GPS and you see a map?

You use Run and not Outdoor Workout?

When you go here, does Strava show as connected?

If it does and you still can not get Strava to work, please revoke Strava and set it up again.

If it still does not work, then reach out to Fitbit. 

@SunsetRunner Strava and IFTTT are the only apps that Fitbit, not them, are responsible for.
