Hi, I have been struggling to connect my old Fitbit to Stridekick.
they have said it’s not an issue their end so it must be the fitbit.
it might be to do with the time and date being wrong. I have seen lots of threads about the time being wrong which I have followed and they don’t work.
both the date and time are wrong which might be the issue with the fact that the Fitbit and stridekick aren’t syncing.
thanks

@CalumWhyte A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I've moved your post to the third-party integration board, because it's more related to the topic. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
The most standard troubleshoot across all integrations is to unlink the connection from both sides (Fitbit and third-party side), then link the accounts again. In the rare case that it's a Fitbit side issue, more than just one particular app will be affected. It's usually best to contact the app owner if the integration seems broken.
As a side note, please ensure that you've followed this procedure to change the time on your Fitbit.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
