Fitbit not syncing with Innotech

Innotech allowed me to set up sync with Fitbit.  The first subsequent fitbit sync did not show any of the Innotech data.  Anyone attempting to do this?

I'm not sure why you posted in the Sense 2 boards when your issue is with the app itself.  Can you please tell me your OS so I can move your post to the right forum?

Sorry, not sure where to start. OS is Windows 11, phone is Android. Hope
