Fitbit not syncing with Strava

My Fitbit activities typically upload to strava automatically. Today it didn't. This happened last May for about a 5 day period and eventually it was discovered to be an issue between Fitbit and Strava integration. Anyone else encounter this problem today?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please revoke access between your Fitbit and Strava accounts and link them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.

 

Please note that the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:

  • Non-GPS activities
  • Previous activities that weren’t tracked by Strava
  • Duplicate activities (if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync)
