Fitbit not syncing with Vitality.

Have called Vitality - told me was a problem with fitbit and it would be fixed last night.  Still not working this morning - hasn't synced since Monday. In a company competition - would like to know where team actually stands.

Vitality is not a partner app. You will have to keep after them to get it fixed. Fitbit has nothing to do with it. Fitbit merely makes their API available to other developers to integrate Fitbit data into their own apps.

My fitbit hasn't synched on Vitality since I change the battery. Who should I contact? It is shown that fitbit has no problem synch on my fitbit account, but nothing has updated on vitality. Help please!

Have you found an answer yet? I am having the same problem not syncing to Vitality.  Where did you locate a phone number to call them? are you willing to share the number?

Hey Fitbitters! Thank you for the details that each of you have posted. I recommend to check if both apps are linked by going to this link. If they are not then please contact Customer Support so they can take a look at your account and see what options they have for you.
