Fitbit not syncing with WW app

I have a Fitbit charge 3 which was working fine with my WW app until today. It now will not sync even when I do this manually. I have evoked access from the Fitbit website and started again but it’s still not working. It is now connected to my Fitbit on the app but still not syncing. Pease help

This is happening to me as well even getting the charge 3 to sync with the Fitbit app is difficult. My aria scale still works fine, tho

WW does not sync with your Fitbit App or your tracker. WW syncs with your Fitbit account. A quick search came up with many solved threads on this subject of which this is one

If this solution does not work, the you will need to contact WW. They where the ones that setup this link.
