Moderator Edit: We are aware that Weight Watchers is experiencing technical issues which may prevent proper syncing. This issue is on the Weight Watchers side, and we recommend that any affected customers contact their Support Team.
My fitbit charge stopped working with my weight watchers app, so I disconnected it from my app. Now I'm trying to sync it again and everytime I try i get this message:
{"code":403,"message":"Forbidden","errors":"Bad request"}
Anyone have any ideas on how I can get it to sync?

Went to page you suggested and followed the instructions. There was no confirmation sent and the instructions didn't work.

@lacyasher A warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for the details, I would like you to make sure that Weight Watchers is totally unlinked from Fitbit because that may be the reason why you're getting this error. Go to your Dashboard > Click on settings > Applications > click on revoke access below Weight Watchers.
If it's already unlinked then please try changing browsers and clear cache.
Let me know how it goes

I am not able to get my Fitbit to sync with my WW Etools on my phone. It was syncing at one point but not now. I have asked WW and they advised that it is a Fitbit problem. Does Fitbit have a time frame or anything on when this solution will be fixed and the Fitbit will be syncing again? I can't seem to find an answer from anyone or anything.

My fitbit used to track activity points on my Weight Watcher app, but now it doesn't anymore. The only thing I changed was that I told my Weight Watcher app to use up activity points first before diving into the weekly flex points after I have used up my daily points. It worked for a few days and then all of a sudden I did not get anymore activity points and I have been getting up to my 10K steps per day and still no points! Thanks for any help!

Nice to see you here @wsj! I'll like to give you some tips on with this.
What happens sometimes is that the connection between apps get lost. However, you can try relinking the apps. This will restore the connection between them. To do this, you need to go to your Dashboard and revoke access to WW. Then, you will need to go to your WW account and allow the access again.
I hope this gets you back on track!

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @Dispatcher911H! At the moment we do not have any report about this.
You can relink your accounts, just to check if this solve the issue. To do that you will need to revoke the WW access to your Fitbit account. Then, you will need to allow access again on your WW account.
I hope this helps!

Given that most of us probably don't know anything about Weight Watchers you may have trouble getting a solution here. Is there anyone at the WW end that you can ask?

Mine is also a mess, it has more than doubled my last weeks worth of activity points. It was fine until yesterday afternoon. I closed my apps, restarted my phone, etc., but it won't reset to a correct amount. Everytime I look at it it has added more points!

Sent email to WW also - just a heads-up

Sunday I had a regular walking day and my sync never really worked. Monday, I walked a wee bit more than normal but it logged 24 activity points! As you can imagine, I know this is an error. I contacted the WW help desk and they acknowledged the issue but have no timeline on the solution.
