Moderator Edit: We are aware that Weight Watchers is experiencing technical issues which may prevent proper syncing. This issue is on the Weight Watchers side, and we recommend that any affected customers contact their Support Team.
My fitbit charge stopped working with my weight watchers app, so I disconnected it from my app. Now I'm trying to sync it again and everytime I try i get this message:
{"code":403,"message":"Forbidden","errors":"Bad request"}
Anyone have any ideas on how I can get it to sync?

Hi all,
Since the latest update to Surge, there appears to be syncing issues with the Weight Watchers app / program and the accruing of WW Activity points. Are there any other WW users out there experiencing the same. This used to work ok, but is now extremely sluggish (i.e. points update 1-2 days after the activity / steps, if at all).
Thanks

I didn't realize that fitbit and weight watcher could sync. I just set it up.

I set this up but it does not appear to be working. It is suppose to take info from fitbit and send it to ww, correct??

Hi @mbcdownes
Moved your post from the One to the Third-Party Integrations section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
Wishing a wonderful evening

Does it translate fitbit activity into ww activity points or do you enter your activity into ww? My question, which way is the transfer.

What happens is, Fitbit sends the data about your activity to Weight Watchers, and Weight Watchers converts it to points.

There seems to be a problem over at Weight Wathcers, a lot of people are not able to sync teir Fitbit accounts with Weight Watchers right now.

Generally this is the case, since Fitbit does not send data to third party apps, but allows them to retrieve your data from your account.

In general if it is on Fitbits side then every all that wants to use the data should be affected. If only one app is handing problems, chances are in their interstate to your data.
Has anyone contacted WW yet? They might be able to clarify what's happening.

@mbrett Thanks for your note. This topic was initially intended to discuss an outage with the Weight Watchers integration earlier this year. We are aware that Weight Watchers is once again experiencing connectivity issues, and they have stated that they are working to resolve this. I'm going to go ahead and close this thread to prevent further off-topic discussion. If you have more questions about Weight Watchers connectivity, the best place for them is Weight Watchers support forum.
