I’m trying to synchronize Fitbit data to my Weight Watchers app. I’ve
tried reloading the app, Powering Fitbit off and back on, neither have
worked.

Thanks for sharing all of the steps that you have tried to get them to sync.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to disconnect the apps and then connect them again. You can click here to see the steps on how to disconnect the apps.

In this case I'd recommend that you get in touch with WeightWatchers directly. Given that these integrations are developed by the third parties, they should be able to take a closer look at what is going on.
