Fitbit not syncing with myfitnesspal

my wife had NO PROBLEM syncing her Fitbit flex with the app - myfitnesspal. But I cannot get mine to recognize my account ? Someone help please

I's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Kwinke61! I would recommend to confirm that you are following these instructions to link your Fitbit account with MyFitnessPal. Once you have completed them, you can confirm if your accounts are linked here. If you are obtaining any error please provide a screen shot for further investigation. Thank you. I had tried that - but it says - another fitnesspal account has
been linked to this fitbit account. That was probably 2 years ago. I have
no idea what I did then. Any suggestions??

@Kwinke61 It could be a good idea revoking the access between MyFitnessPal and Fitbit. Then, log out from MFP and log back in. Finally, relink your two accounts. Hope this helps! Robot wink
