Fitbit sense not compatible with fiton

I am trying to connect my fitbit sense with fiton but fitbit sense is nog listed as a compatible device.  It is supposed to be one of one compatible devices. Has anyone had this issue and can you work me through how you resolved this, if at all.

In general with third party apps, we would need to contact them, since they access fotbit's API
