Fitbit shows completed items that haven't been completed

I use for UHC and it is showing a completed 1 of 6, 500 steps before I start walking in the morning. UHC does not register it so I am short at the end of the day. Yesterday it started showing the 10,000 steps was finished at 3400 steps. The UHC did complete this when I had totaled 10,000 steps. I am missing my financial reward on the 6- 500 steps though.

Then I would suggest tapping three 3 dots and edit the title to include the subject. Of United Health Care so that the correct reader may answer. 

Is there a community board for United Health Care, you may want to also ask on it. 

 

I'm also moving the post out of hardware support and into third party support.
