This is happening to me too. My Fitbit account stopped synching with my OneTouch account on 10/8/2024. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting without effect.

@HMarine @GeorgesIV check out my posts here it might help you or it might not. I found I had disconnect / connect differently than what seemed like the obvious way. Mine updates once and then nothing. Still waiting on a response from support.

Mine also stopped syncing on October the 8th. I have disconnected, reconnected, everything shows as connected but nothing will sync after October 8, 2024.

I was wondering, does Fitbit have a clue what’s going on with this app? I am so sorry that they sold out to Google. I never enjoyed this app after they sold out the Google

I've reported it twice now too, with zero acknowledgement of "we got it and will get back to you". On another thread, it looks like the same One Touch Reveal data not syncing issues in 2021 and again in 2023. One poster said it took a week to get an email containing a link that was a supposed fix. It worked for a couple of people but none of the rest. Looks like thread just died. This is just the tip of the fitbit iceberg issues. I answered a survey and listed several issues I have had and as with this issue, no responses from fitbit.
I guess I'll give Apple $800 for the latest Ultra Apple Watch and be thru with this BS if I don't hear from fitbit tomorrow.

I’ve reported it but haven’t heard back. OneTouch is synching just fine with my Apple Health. I’m not a huge fan of the Apple Health UI, but if Fitbit/Google don’t fix their issues, I’m switching, which is galling.

I just filled out a new support request. Mine is android. Waiting to get a reply. I suggest sending in an official support request. We might get a resolution that way.

Anybody heard anything back from fitbit on their OneTouch Reveal issues? I contacted support thru thru the Google Support that gave me an option for Chat or Phone. I used Chat and they had to turn over to someone else in tech support. Finally got an email from them. They suggested making sure fitbit app is latest version. They have updated since I've first reported the issue. Latest update for iOS is 4.29. It didn't fix my problem, I had to disconnect reconnect One Touch Reveal then turn off GlucoseTracking in my profile as I listed in my iOS thread and then do a reconnect. It downloaded the missing data, as it always has, but I'll see tomorrow morning if it updates automatically.

Nothing has changed, still not getting new numbers from One Touch Reveal to Fitbit.

I got same answer as always to delete remove, uninstall, reinstall. All of that didn't work. I just will not pull in any data after October 8, 2024.
