My peloton activities are no longer showing in my Fitbit app? All worked on Monday 5th Aug, but not 6th or 7th Aug?
Fitbit says its a Peloton issue and won't help. Suggest we may all need to go to another provider. Very dissapointing.

Hi! I'm having the same problem. Suddenly, 2 days ago my Peloton stats have stopped linking with Fit Bit. Very annoying, would be great if anyone can advise? I've tried to find tips online but can't find anything.

Has any one tried it through Healthconnect rather than direct Peloton to Fitbit? To be honest I don't know a great deal about Healthconnect and whether there are any advantages of using this to sync Fitbit and Peloton rather that the normal "link Peloton to Fitbit" from Peloton?

So for those interested. I've just spoken to Peloton support. Not particularly helpful. Advised that I got in touch with Fitbit, but also suggested I "raise an improvement". No recognition that it's a Peloton or Fitbit problem.
However, did install Healthconnect and used that to sync Peloton with Fitbit and the results are disappointing. Only one activity came across from this week (when in fact I've done six different activities). The one that showed in Fitbit was yesterday as "Biking stationary", but the stats were wrong - suggested only 1.6 miles in Fitbit (and 604 steps, bizarrely!), when the Peloton app shows this as 6.4 miles.
I have no idea whether this is a Peloton problem or a Fitbit problem but, given all the issues we've seen with the new Fitbit app recently, I know where I'd be placing my bet.....

yes I also 3 on line chats with Fitbit and 1 with Peloton. In fact the peloton rep told me he was having the same issue with his Fitbit as if 3 days ago. He was not very helpful with a fix and neither was Fitbit. My bet it’s a Fitbit issue.
I have to manually add my peloton workouts to Fitbit now. The time and calorie burn from Fitbit is not even recording that corrrctly.

I'm having the same problem. Extremely irritating as I track my stats in Fitbt, but work out with Peloton. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Not sure whose problem it is.

Yes same here. I’ve logged it with peloton via their chat support on the app. They’ve said they are looking into it but mine was the first report 🤷🏻:female_sign:

Beginning this week, my Peleton workouts are no longer showing up as Exercise on the Fitbit app. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

Yup, having same problem. Started on Tuesday. Not syncing classes done on bike or the peloton app on my iPhone or iPad. I’ve reset everything to no avail.

My fitbit Inspire 3 has updated all of my Peloton activity for over a year now and now suddenly in the past two days, it has stopped logging my Peloton classes. (iPhone 11, 17.6 iOS) It was working fine on 6th Aug and despite 'sharing' my workouts in the Peloton app (which I didn't have to do previously - it would just sync automatically after every class) Fitbit is still not showing the activity.
