Fitbit will not sync steps to Tactio Health

My Fitbit app is correctly counting my steps but is not syncing any of them to the Tactio Health app. Fitbit is syncing weights still but no steps.

I see that Tactio Health is a known connection to fitbit. 

Let's look at the Third Party FAQ 

It has a couple of steps to try, if these steps dont fix the issue, you will need to reach out to Tactio since they are the ones responsible for their connection.
