Fitbit won't sync to Wellness that Works

Okay here I go again. I bought a new Fitbit Luxe thinking that my Inspire 2 was defective and that the reason it was not syncing was because I had the Apple Health app on. So I followed all of Weight Watchers recommendation ( 5 hours later) and nothing! I had to manually add my step to my WW App which really defeats the purpose of purchasing high technology high priced items when they are flawed. Nobody seems to know what the answer is. Not the technological department at WW or Fitbit. Can anyone else in the forum assist me? At this point I am very discouraged and frustrated with the system at hand.

Thank you in advance.😩

Thank you but yes I have spoken to WW and Fitbit. I have spend more hours than necessary to try to fix this only to have a Fitbit customer service tell me that WW no longer works with Fitbit. I am beyond frustrated. Third phone call to fitbit to return my brand new Luxe fitbit watch only to be told try another way and not given the instructions to return. So I called WW again. Technical support is trying to help. But I'm done with with Fitbit. So thank you but no thank you.
