Hi,
I'm new to the technology. My fit bit Inspire 2 is not syncing with my Weight Watchers app. Anyone else experience this? I contacted them and did exactly as they said with no prevail.
Any tips will be graciously appreciated.

No it did not help. After trying everything I finally decided that my fitbit Inspire 2 was defective and decided to purchase another brand. Truly a waste of money. I had it less than 3 months.
