Fitbit won't sync with WW app

Ever since today my 3 month old charge 4 refuses to sync to my weight watcher app.  I know they had sync problems today but now I can not sync to my WW app!! I have wasted 3 hours trying to get it to sync. But when I got to WW it says I have no devices, so when I try to link them I  get a screen that is green dots and it will not connect to the fitbit app.  Help!

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. I recommend revoking the access of the Weight Watchers App to Fitbit and then link them again. If this process doesn't work, you can contact WW customer service for further assistance.

I had all kinds of problems yesterday had to change my name password reload
the fibit app finally got it to work but took me forever I also just got a
smart scale and that’s when it all started mine was opposite of what yours
is doing would not let me sync up to the fibit application all I can say is
good luck hopefully you can get through to a actual person on fibit
customer service they helped me before with some tech stuff good luck 🍀 --

Mine finally straightened out itself last night late after I went through
changing passwords updating apps and lots of frustrating tears..
